-A PVC back-plate with two powerful neodymium round magnets

Neodymium magnets are composed of an iron/boron/rare earth alloy which is currently the most powerful magnetic alloy. magnetic strength is strong enough to firmly hold your badge even through suits and jackets.

Put the back-plate with two neodymium magnets inside your shirt pocket or on the lapel of your jacket.Line up and attach your badge magnetically on the outside of your clothing.
