To print your barcode labels we simply need a list of your barcodes to be printed, in spreadsheet format with the following columns:
- Type of barcode (EAN 8, EAN 13, UPC, etc.)
- The alphanumeric barcode string
- The descriptive text to be displayed on the barcode label
Each line corresponds to a label to be printed, so remember to duplicate your lines if you want several copies of your barcode labels.
If you want a particular layout for the text and barcode, send us a visual to illustrate how you want it to look.

Most shop shelving and warehouse storage racks are made of metal. They can therefore be used as a support for magnetic products:{Lien058},{Lien094},{Lien074}, and of course magnetic barcode labels.
Lightweight and flexible, our magnetic labels are easy to install and move from one rack to another as supplies change.
CAUTION The magnetic field of rubber is strong but has a short range: we recommend that you position the barcode label in direct contact with the ferrous substrate.Made in France
All our magnetic labels are made from scratch in our workshop in Sassenage, Isère.
We print your files on 0.75mm thick anisotropic magnetic rubber, then apply a protective anti-UV lamination. We can fully customise your labels. It's up to you to choose the most appropriate product, based on criteria such as :
- The shape and dimensions of the magnetic label
- The thickness of the barcode label
Depending on your needs, we can offer you labels with a thickness of 2mm, 1.5mm, 1mm or 0.5mm.
- The magnetic label coating
As an option, we can add a dry-erase coating that allows you to write on part of the barcode label with a simple whiteboard marker.
PLEASE remember to send us files to be printed with space to write around the barcode if you choose a dry-erase coating.
- Packaging
If you would like your labels to be packaged in a particular way - for example, sorted by barcode number - please let us know when you request a quote. Our graphic designers will take your request into account when sorting your files.Request a quote for magnetic barcode labels
Magnetic barcode labels are made-to-measure products. We only work on quotation.
It's easy to request a quote and receive your barcode label order:
1. Fill in our contact form, indicating the quantity required, the dimensions and any options (packaging in order, rounded corner, special thickness, dry-wipe coating, etc.).
2. One of our advisers will contact you by email or telephone and send you a quotation.
3. Once the quote has been validated, you can send us your files for printing (spreadsheet and visuals if required).
4. We will send you a proof for printing.
